Got a second Original Fat Chocobo Whistle

I don't know if this is the right thread to post this, but I don't know which one would be right. I applied to the 10th-anniversary sweepstakes and won the Fat Chocobo in May, I was really happy to win, so I thought I'd try for the Cumulus as well, I thought I had won when I was given a second letter from a GM, but it contained another Fat Chocobo whistle. For now, I have left the whistle in the letter. Any help given would be greatly appreciated.

Per the official rules for this Cumulus cloud sweepstakes, the winners for the Cumulus cloud won't be selected and presumably sent out until July 12th. You may have been accidentally given the Fat Chocobo whistle twice. I would submit a ticket in-game (under Help Desk), stating such, so they can fix the problem.
