Steps:
While on quest "Tricks of the Traders" I was killing the 5th Firestarter Imp. Just before it ran I used the True Thrust skill, then used Heavy Thrust at the same time it said it was fleeing. Afterwards i can see the stun icon below it's name and on the monster model both stating it should be stunned. However, it kept moving as if it was never stunned.
