Add level sync for DOH

Its kind of silly that you can just insta HQ an old DOH recipe, when usually you have to be 30 levels above battle related content to do that. It may be something that needs some kinks worked out first, so I propose we do it only for CUL at first and see if it works. The pilot program for CUL only can be called Kitchen Sync.

I'm not saying "you're wrong, you can't want that", just want to say I appreciate that I can easily HQ something as a QoL. For things you're 10 levels over, mostly, it would be really easy to HQ anyways- just saves time and makes crafting older stuff more compelling (or when I lazily max a collectible in a custom delivery / tribe quest lol). That said I know it skips the gameplay element of the craft, which for me is 'okay' but for someone who wants to do that.. maybe not. I can appreciate that being unfortunate to players who wanted that. Though if the concern was for gil- I don't think it has a significant issue to the market though, as there are already easily accessible botting solutions and just really puts non-botters at an easier competitive level of making an HQ item quickly and comparatively efficiently.

I don't really get it. The reason trained eye exists is so you don't have to spend that much time grinding out content that's beneath you. Isn't it normal that as you level up content gets easier anyways? It might not be proportional to combat but it's not unusual.

Instead of gutting Trained Eye and level syncing every single recipe we should just add more expert recipes.

Gotta push on that CUL idea, might sound like a bummer for some people but i think it's a firm/solid idea :3

This reminds me of when I discovered there was a level 5 levequest in Limsa that I had never done. It was one of those where you had to take a mob down to 20% and then pacify it, without killing it.

All my classes were level 70 at the time and I kept failing it no matter what I did.

So I stripped naked, became a 70 CUL, and equipped a level 1 frying pan. And used that to bash in the sheep heads.

With Kitchen Sync, I could have kept my clothes on!
