It just still makes me wonder how its ok for regens to stack like an ast/whm or 2 ast/2 whm regen all stack though in ast case before EW it was hilarious seeing 2 ast in a party in dirunal and the regens did not stack. With stances gone that was change. I kinda did wish they did do the system to have 1 shield 1 pt, I hate being paired up with another sage period, i dont mind a sch I can work around it since it can work but good lord in alliance raid when you see the 2 pure healers together and the 2 shield healers together am like ok. like sch/sch/ sge/sge is whack, only thing sages wont overwrite each other on is physis 2. Back on topic yeah its cause I guess they want use to make sure we can get our addersting back but this not a proper way of doing it at all. We just will have to see what will happen in 7.0

The reason why two regens can stack and not shields is rather simple because scholar alone can 0 most damage, if scholar is using deployment tactics on single galvanize. If sage shields and sch shields stacked this would just be the normal now without needing deployment. Regen doesn't save you from death or being one shot unironically enough, that's why the shields the healers bring have value or at least more value I would argue than a regen (when they are needed)

Also Regens aren't exclusive to whm and ast, ironically sage has the most party regens right next to ast...the only party regens whm brings is their hard cast[which most times you shouldn't be using] and asylum in reflection to sch (fairy regen and mitigation orb).

Value although is questionable given healers might not be even needed given the party composition and what content the party is doing, this being a design flaw.

Why they don't add additional checks, is they would probably burden the server on conditionals... I have seen eastern code developing and it is not pretty...(I think it resolves around being paid on the length of the code you do (theirs typically loaded with comments) vs the efficiency of said code, South Korean companies do this. Nexon is one said offender.)
