Unable to transfer from Fearie to Alpha

Steps:
1. Tried transferring to join my mates on Alpha and Fearie simply didn't show up at all.
Fearie shows up if I select "Garuda" though.
2. Did everything I was told to do by a GM through emails. Nothing worked.
3. Got guided to report this as a bug, after everything ended in the same result.

So all in all, I can't transfer to Alpha, even though all of my friends are able to, even though I got nothing that should prevent me from doing so. Especially from seeing my server in the server's list, when I wish to select the world, which contain my characters that I wish to transfer to Alpha. Actually, I have found out that I am not at all able to select any EU servers, even though that is, where I came from a few years back.
