I think that what the OP is asking for isn't that unreasonable... From time to time, I wish I could change my character's appearance as well, also knowing that 2.0 will come in late september with alpha/beta.
Actually, it is kind of unreasonable at this point to request it, as there isn't any way they could implement it before 2.0. Why waste time "requesting" the addition of things this late in the game that aren't specifically for 2.0 and beyond?

Now had this been posted like 6 months ago, or earlier, I wouldn't feel it unreasonable. But doing so now? Just silly to even think it a possibility.
