How can we reopen the FF14 subreddit?

I saw their original poll. A whole 800 comments (assuming there aren't repeats) out of 800K users...

They also don't seem to have a poll at all, they are just counting comments.

Only 800 comments (960 now) but 11000 up votes. If people disagreed I don't think that would be the case.
