After trying some high-level recipes with my pure (m)craft sets, I'm starting to think that these higher recipes have minimum control requirement, so I'll look into throwing in a little more control to see if that helps. Any thoughts you have on a possible minimal control and its effects on gains or success rate would be very helpful.
I use 2x recipe level as a gauge. Seems to work ok with 1.22c. Used to need higher.
Pulling a number out of my ass, I'll say this is about 10% instability which is pretty ok in my book.
saying 118 when doing rank 59 synths and 100 for rank 50 synths is a good benchmark. I will have to try that, but I usually do 140 control 120 craft and 100 magic. to keep the orb changing to get rainbow in the beginning.![]()
Orb colors appear to be more or less fixed percentages unaffected by craftsmanship.
About 25:20:20:35 (W:Y:R:Rainbow) regardless of how I vary craftsmanship.
