It is better to buff a system after confirming it works instead of nerfing it after confirming it doesn't work.

Pretty much this right here. I'd much rather have things added incrementally than have them add tons of stuff at once and then nerf it.

They said they'd have a large content patch and a smaller update patch every month. The content patch was at the very beginning of the month, the next one will be at the beginning of next month. I'm not sure what people are complaining about. They were even going beyond their goals and were aiming for two content patches being released in one month, but now they're just back on their "original" schedule. :P
