Thank you for your response. We would like to confirm if there were any major update or changes made to the PC at the time of the crash happening?

If possible, we would like to ask if you could provide a system report? This can be done by opening the launcher, going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display' then copy and paste all the information generated into a response here so we may be able to look into the issue further.
