I don't know about others. But when I'm purchasing something off the market board there are many times I will scroll down. I can actually at times find a better bargain further down the list.
i will keep undercutting people, if you dont like it you can just buy my stuff and flip it for profit
isnt that a win for both of us?
I sell to get stuff out of my inventory. It's all just venture returns, dungeon drops, and whatever I felt like spending Poetics or Company Seals on this week. Profit is secondary when I'm at 83 million with nothing I particularly feel like buying. Therefore, I can undercut all I want and feel nothing about it.

Undercut till the market crashes. Buy up everything left after the fire sale, relist at former high price. Tried n true method before the bots came in. Haven't tried in a while now....and I'm pretty sure that's all they do now.
Don't touch me there
You see it as rude because your sole concern is the profit coming to sellers. If you were also concerned about buyers, you would see that it all evens out: sellers make 50k less, sure, that's "bad" for them; but buyers save 50k, and that's good for them.
Lowering the prices on the market is a boon to the people who buy. The idea that this is objectively bad or in any way worthy of GM intervention is silly. All in all, it sounds like you just don't want to have to deal with competing against people who are willing to pass on the savings to their customers.
I can understand why you might think this, but it's not entirely true. If I see two prices and one is a trivial amount lower, I'll intentionally buy the higher one. Undercutting is beautiful, but if you're going to do it, make sure the savings is worth more than the satisfaction savvy buyers will get from bypassing your weak undercut.
