Endwalker is the lowest point of this game since 1.0

HW was peak. I miss when this game was good. I have no drive to even do Extreme trials and Alliance raids any more, much less Savage. I did 99 of EW Ex trials 1, 2, 3 and 4, but 5 and 6 I'm just drained and can't even be bothered to learn them. I've never felt this before in any expansion.

Do you know why you feel that way with ex5 and 6? Burnout or other reasons? Genuinely curious.
I agree that endwalker is the worst expansion. I could list off a few reasons why but everyone has already repeated them countless times on here.

EW is the highest point for me. I've had more playtime since Endwalker than my time spent in ARR in 2014 through Shadowbringers combined.

Shadowbringers did have a comparable quality story, but overall I really enjoyed the end of EW and the post-patch story and feel.

Lowest point of XIV for me was the release of Stormblood. Quit at level 63 for 2 years out of the story boring me to death.

Raid released is peak content, this is the highest point in the game for me, when I'm doing savage for the next 8 weeks. I guess if you are not a savage enjoyer than you may not have much if a Veteran.

Honestly if I wasn't a raider, I'd most likely have taken a break after 6.4. There's literally nothing with longevity in that entire patch other than raids.

Endwalker has DSR and Savage content has been revolutionized. It's easily the high point although it's sad how disappointing Criterion ended up being

ARR is still peak for me.

Sure the gameplay wasn't perfect and frankly the tuning was pretty terrible at times. But game hadn't had it's soul nickel and dimed out of existence yet nor had players min maxed themselves into oblivion, the social aspects of the game were still front and centre and the community was healthy and hearty.

I honestly miss the days of queueing for raids in Wineport, jobs having enough flexibility to try new approaches to problems and even just the evenings doing things like helping the attack on titan shells to get people their relic weapons.

Now I just click a few buttons in PF to hit a mindless punchbag with some randoms that I'll almost certainly never see again. Meh.

Endwalker feels like Shadowbringers with worse music and a weaker plot. Also meh.
