What Platform are you using? (Steam/Windows/Mac/PS4 etc.)
Are you running any additional programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?

Any other steps taken to resolve the issue:

We would also like to request for a System report if possible. This can be done by simply going to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display, copy the information to the clipboard and paste the details back in a response here.

For anybody else experiencing a similar issue in this thread that requires assistance we would like to request that you create a new thread so that we can look into each individual issue more thoroughly.
