Also dealing with same issues. Couldn't log in until using a VPN. Any of my characters in NA DC were constant 2002 errors before I could even get to the character select screen. Switching DC to Europe or Japan worked but not a fix as my characters are in NA.

Just adding another. I can't log in. I'm getting to character select pretty often, but never into the game. Primal.

Same deal. Long Island, Aether, 2002/90002 trouble since around 10:00 last night but only with NA. I can actually get past the login screen and into the game once in a blue moon but I always dc shortly after. At least I got my plants watered :')

NYC here on Optimum, been having the 2002/90002 since yesterday morning. Wife was able to get in eventually and has stayed logged in all day, but no luck for me. I can get to loading screen after character selection but get the boot every time.
