Same here. I'm from Primal/Lamia, managed to log in from about 8 to 11pm last night without getting booted. Been trying to log in for an hour so far today (even made it as far as the character selection screen a few times) but no dice. I'm a Brooklyn resident who really, really didn't need another reason to be upset with Optimum. I've had Optimum for seven years because I literally have no other choice where I live and they've been nothing but trouble.It might be worth reminding them of what I said earlier. Optimum simply has a large market share in this area, but they aren't the only available offering. FawlGaiy mentioned earlier that they are using a Canadian ISP telMAX and has the same issues
Although I'd love to blame Optimum, I don't think they're the problem. I'm lucky here in the NW corner of CT that I don't have issues with Optimum. Hopefully they see this as an issue soon and we can play![]()
Also here to report my household (2 players) have major login issues since around 4am eastern time on 6/14. NYC local, also Optimum customer, Crystal Data Center. Once we're logged in the connection is stable, but we have to just keep trying until we force our way in. Was able to login directly to Siren on Aether (for raid) with only one disconnect versus the dozens upon dozens of attempts it took me to get into my home world (Goblin). VPN didn't resolve things for us as a work around, we just had to keep trying until a login would work. This is an absolute pain.
Fair enough... but I'm still upset with Optimum. Do you hear me, Optimum?! This changes nothing!
