Ok so just to try, i paid for a vpn for 1 month. With a vpn i connect with 0 issues and was able to go through a duty without problems. So what does it mean when a vpn works but you cant connect without it? What would be the issue there? I am in central NJ and moved my location to NY on the vpn. It also worked for me yesterday while i was at work in NYC without a vpn.

That's actually pretty interesting to me. So in NJ you're having an issue connecting but when you go to NYC there's no problem. When I ran tracert, the trace stops dead once it hits the node geolocated in NYC. Are you able to run a tracert both with your VPN running and without? I'd like to see the differences in the routing
