    I am also receiving repeated 90002, 2002, and 10105 errors when attempting to log in to Primal, Aether, and Crystal datacenters. I've been receiving these errors since around 8pm EDT last night (6/14) and just tried again this morning to test (10am EDT 6/15), receiving a 2002 error immediately. I'm on NA east coast.

    I've tried dnsflush/winsock reset, which seemed like it did the trick once last night but has not been a consistent way to fix the problem (as soon as I attempted to move a character between DCs I was booted/errored out again).

    As others have noted in this thread, it seems to be a gamble as to whether I'm able to make it past both the DC connection screen and then the character select without erroring out. After 20 minutes of repeatedly closing/opening the game last night, either due to lobby errors or otherwise, I was able to make it in for about an hour.

    Using a VPN has helped, but only if I select a node on the west coast. This is not an option available to everyone, however, and I would like some kind of confirmation from SE that this issue is being addressed internally.

    Same, after factory resetting my router this morning now I can at least get into the character select screen on crystal (zalera). After I click my toon I get the short que time then get error 90002 after it attempts to log in.

    Can also confirm I'm still having issues this morning. East coast, also using Optimum as an ISP. Trace fails to go anywhere after the ninth hop, similar to DDRDiesel's results.

    Hi I'm just jumping in to say I've also had this issue for the past 24 hours. I'm able to log into EU datacenters no problem but not NA ones. Sometimes I can get to the character select screen but then error out logging into a character. I'm also on the East Coast.

    I just tried creating a Toon on an EU server and did so with no issues. How square is telling me people the problem is with their isp when they can get on different non na servers is beyond me. Also dont waste time uninstalling and reinstalling, just tried that and same issue.

    I was having repeated issues trying to log in on my main last night, sometimes getting bounced from title screen with 90002 or 2002 errors, and sometimes being bounced after selecting my main on Jenova and making it to the loading screen, then receiving a 10105 error. I was able to log in after approximately 40 minutes of this cycle by selecting a Japanese data center (Meteor) where I had no characters, fully exiting the game, then relaunching and selecting Aether, but I understand that this might be a fluke fix.

    It's now been approximately 24 hours since I have noticed the issue on my end. Worth mentioning, I am also on the East Coast and I am with Canadian ISP telMAX (so this is not something only affecting US/Optimum customers, for example). No issues pinging 124.150.157.15, however cannot get through to 204.2.29.122.

    Gave this a shot, sadly no dice. As you say, you probably just happened to get lucky on that attempt. Thank you though for the tip.

    Can you please run a tracert to 204.2.29.122 and post the results? You can omit the first three hops for personal security. Where are you located on the East Coast? I'm on Long Island and the last node I can hit before dropping is located in NYC. I want to gather some data to see if that's the same node everyone is hitting before failing or if it changes

    Ok so just to try, i paid for a vpn for 1 month. With a vpn i connect with 0 issues and was able to go through a duty without problems. So what does it mean when a vpn works but you cant connect without it? What would be the issue there? I am in central NJ and moved my location to NY on the vpn. It also worked for me yesterday while i was at work in NYC without a vpn.
