Same exact scenario with me! And it's only when I try to connect to the NA datacenters.I am also getting errors when trying to log in on my character. Launcher works, I get into the Endwalker opening screen, hit start....then I get a 2002 error. If I don't get that error, I manage to get into character select, select my main then login. I wait in queue for however long, start to load in then get a 10105 error. Something I'm missing? I've got excellent connection. I've looked through my antivirus, updated drivers, reinstalled and ran the game as admin. Been getting these errors all day.
If you have a VPN, try setting it up somewhere in the US
That did the trick for me
its currently 6:14pm (Eastern) and I can't log in. Nothing but errors. No info on what's going on but obviously it's something and they should be aware of it.
Sadly don't want to pay for a VPN to play a game I should be able to play without.Just wish I was technical enough to try and figure out what the problem is. Does SE have to do something or is up to the ISP? If the latter I guess I should just give up hope on ever playing again Sadge
To the best of my understanding, there is a faulty node or log-in server element that has been going haywire for at least 15 straight hours today, and SE has not acknowledged it in any way.
After personally spending nearly 5 hours trying to log in earlier, and finally winning the gamble on log-in timing without a log-in server tantrum—my game had an incredibly uncommon crash and now I'm back to the error code 2002 / 90002 / 10105 hell.
Seriously unacceptable.
great job detective! Is there anything we can do to raise SE's awareness of it?To the best of my understanding, there is a faulty node or log-in server element that has been going haywire for at least 15 straight hours today, and SE has not acknowledged it in any way.

Just heard back from support and they gave me their usual copy/pasted response I have seen elsewhere pushing blame onto AV, ports, router, computer, and ISP. I am hopeful that since multiple people are reporting this as of last night, they'll investigate a little more seriously. Genuinely haven't been able to log in at all today after multiple troubleshooting and log-in attempts.
Usually coming here to the Official Forums is the most efficient and effective method. Which is part of why I'm so bothered that there hasn't even been a lodestone news post about this, even just a "We are aware of issues with the NA log-in servers."
Same issue since late last night... Tried everything except for re-installing.
i am having the same friggen issue since 8am est this morning. i tried everything like all of you. i also was given the same copy paste blame everyone else from the chat support. i heard or read somewhere that connecting via vpn can be a band aid on the problem. this is true although the current vpn is connected through the Netherlands. it's also a free vpn called proton so not sure if that is helpful. i wouldn't want to pay for a vpn for a game i already pay to play so that is why i tried this free one.
