    RAM/Memory:16 GB
    OS version: Ventura 13.4

    I followed the steps outlined in similar threads including uninstalling and reinstalling. It will come up and I put my username and password in and click to submit and rather than coming up with the green play button it does a version check then closes itself.

    Are you running any addition programs alongside Final Fantasy XIV?
    Does this crash occur on more than one character?
    At what point does the crash occur?
    Were any updates or changes made around the time of the crash?
    Does this crash occur if the game is run in full screen mode? Does it happen in borderless or windowed mode?
