Yes. It may in fact surprise you to learn that I, as an Aussie, had a character on a new EU server some time ago. I also know of many Aussies, US players and others who also play on EU servers. See. you are forgetting that they can world transfer for all kinds of reasons, that word "global" really doesnt resonate with you, does it?

Because its not the server that is full, its the login server that is processing players in chunks across the data center.

The login queues are literally fake, the servers slow down the logins on purpose to make it seem like the servers are full but they arent, that's the reason why at 5 AM on Sagittarius which is an absolute dead server that was open recently you get 30 people queues, yet it's 5 in the morning.
