Does anyone like these? I understand why they were made, but god are they annoying.

It would be interesting if they could randomly occur during a leve to make them more dynamic, but ya they are pretty annoying seeing as they always occur lol. Hopefully they change those leves up a bit or at least make them more dynamic so you never know when to expect them.
I saw a thread on having random events happen on a leve, like maybe wolves attacking the dodo's you're suppose to fight and the leve turns into defending yourself from them. Either way, the way it is now I kinda hate the always flee leves
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE those leves! My favorite part is how they just take way longer than they need to! SUSPENSEFUL!!!
Yeah, it's something that either needs to go or be dynamic rather than static because currently all they do is that - waste time.
i hate those leves to, however what i do to make it go by much quicker is the mob that runs away is usually if not always accompanied by 1+ more enemies and you kill them until its only him and he runs away to get his friends. So just fight him until he has like 1hp left than switch over kill the others than when he starts running away just give him a quick swift kick in the nads when he turns and trys to run.
I hate these with a passion.
Nope.
Yep, they are indeed!
+1 for effective use of sarcasm.
I think you hit the nail on the head. Whenever I do one of these leves, it reminds me of how bad XIV was when it released, and how far it has come.
It sounds like leves are going to be pretty different in 2.0. Somehow I doubt I'll ever miss "the way things used to be". And if I ever do, watching a few 2010 leve videos on You Tube should be sufficient to knock the nostalgia goggles right off.
