Yeah...this is the one way they should allow a player to player transfer of a house. Designate someone the house goes to if you permanently close your account. Account is gone forever. That's the condition to give your house to someone.

I wholeheartedly agree. I know that this would be a way for bad-faith players to sell houses, but it just seems like there are other restrictions they could make on it. I don't know, just feels messed up. I'm gonna go ahead and deco my own medium in his image. Maybe not exactly because it was even more maximalist that even *I* like, but it'll be nice to take some inspo.

RMTs would snatch houses and sell the house for gil and it would essentially allow people to buy private homes on the exterior market.

My condolances for your loss; but when people are gone we cannot just turn the housing wards into constant monuments to them - lots of people die and lose loved ones that play FF. If anything I would like maybe a graveyard if that came to it.
