Sure, but who's taking casual matches seriously? Casual is for learning and fun. Play ranked for a competitive atmosphere.
And this applies to all games.

At least the matchmaking in casual seems to be able to more or less balance out the amount of melee jobs between the two teams... Too bad it doesn't matter much in casual.
The casual queue doesn't have matchmaking. Play ranked.
ranked is just as bad OP, you will get people who have a tantrum and afk in the base while spamming NICE JOB after they dove a 1v5 and died instantly.
flashback to MOBA days... really hate online ranked play...

I mean at this point people need to pick their poison. Either they get to have even a modicum of matchmaking and play ranked, even if it means being Bronze, Silver or Gold on average or they have to deal with a complete lack of it without having to deal with the restrictions and expectations in Ranked.
Ok so while I won't deny they do exist and perhaps this is a more frequent experience in your region, over here on EU Light at least I hardly ever saw this behaviour let alone persisting through a match. Regional differences with how they interact with content and group play may be a factor here.
