This is all nice in theory, so long as you ignore that opposing teams also accrue battle high, and will have accrued much more if they're a coordinated team or otherwise got lucky early in the match. Which actually makes it harder for those handful of good BH5 players on an uncoordinated team to make a meaningful play. Those few good players on the disadvantaged team being more powerful means nothing when half or more of the coordinated team is BH4/5. If anything, it just paints a giant target on that player's back to tell the advantaged team to focus them down.
