FPS Drops in EX6

Everything was fine the first week of Patch 6.4. But ever since week two I’ve been having non stop FPS drops. Mostly in FL PvP (expected, I have all the effects on), and EX6. I had no issues prior. Unless there was some weird upscale I wasn’t aware of. Any tips on what to do? I already messed with a bunch of settings that helped in other areas. Just not this fight and sometimes P9-12 last I was in those.
