Pretty much. Making the same "endwalker sucks" thread for two years isn't doing anything. I seriously doubt anyone from SE who matters is sitting and reading it.

I don't think SE even remembers they have forums. Feels like we're just yelling into the void.

That or maybe the Conspiracy is right, and NA just specifically gets ignored.
With the types of threads we make, it wouldn't be a surprise...most of it, while having some merit hidden within, just lacks any constructive feedback other then "This sucks" and there is a constant back and forth of "Try new things" and then when they try, the response is "Go back to the old way, we liked that."
Or just bashing and insulting.

I feel for the dev team sometimes, because it is just an angry black hole that can never be satisfied or filled.

Sure there are some who just rant, but there is PLENTY of constructive feedback. Just gotta know when to skim.

Ive seen it, its there. Even the people we loved to clown on have something worth saying every so often that I agree with.
Its just a shame that some of it is Muddied and Ruined with Personal attacks and just devolve into senseless fighting over opinions.
And sometimes they just feel like Hottakes only to troll and bait people.....

No, you're spot on, That's why forum are supposed to have moderators. But SE seems afraid to actually moderate the forum. We can all see the result.

I quit all Blizzard products because the company has made too many bad decisions and actively hates its players while allowing carries to be spammed in Trade chat.

That's... bannable, actually. You can still purchase carries, but the purchaser has to reach out to the carriers now. It's actually more regulated than XIV...

(This has only been the case since late Shadowlands, but still, seems best to keep complaints up to date / related to the game as it actually is, if comparing them to likewise today's FFXIV, etc.)

Carries requiring tons of gold that can only be obtained by RMT or WoW Tokens.

3rd-party RMT also remains bannable. Doesn't particularly matter so long as WoW Tokens exist, though. Yes, there is a definite PTW element there.

There's a reason the JP community likewise suspects they're being ignored in favor of the English-speaking player base. They get their feedback cherrypicked/gaslit just as much as ours.
