How is it a weak rebuttal? What I got out of their argument isn't that BLU doesn't count as content, but instead that since they glossed over BLU in both patches, then it evens out and the main takeaway is still the same. Pretty sound to me.

Wait to see the non-rooted animations of clive in FF16 using a slightly updated version of FF14's engine, the spinny boy animations when u try to turn around, and non responsive foot to terrain / non dynamic adaptation of walking around, without any IK's, it's just hilariously bad and not very current gen, lest we not even talk next gen.

It doesn't suck. It's not as good as previous expansions save for maybe Stormblood. Stormblood gets a lot of guff for how "bad" it is, but I always like it. Honestly, I like Stormblood more than Endwalker, but that doesn't mean it sucks. With Endwalker, it's how incompetent the storytelling is. That is the issue. Not the substance of it. The zones and the music are beautiful. It's just lacking in the story department. And how could you ever hope to top Shadowbringers? A foolish errand to be sure.

I guess what I am rambling about is how underwhelming Endwalker is and how it doesn't suck.
