FFXI hasn't impressed me yet.

They'll have to hit a particular sweet-spot for me personally to get me back and so far there's no mention - like there hasn't been for years. If Hyrist was ever going to go back to FFXI it would be as one job, and right now that job is dead.

Also with Tanaka at the helm over there, I'm not looking forward to the endgame he would have in mind for that. So no, no high hopes or hypes for me yet. 2.0 has me rock solid. FFXI? That still feels like a closed chapter.

Eorzea is my new home i can't stand playing FFXI i try it a few months back and i have to say i dislike the battle system i guess i'm just to use to FFXIV. + FFXI die to me in early 2010 before the raise of the level that story is done time to make a new one in FFXIV.

I hope that this new pack for FFXI would keep them playing but even if it's a 2.0 killer does it really matter? they still be making money for ffxi and ffxiv.

i'm hella jelly but i need HD graphics to play games. plus i've moved on from XI years ago.

Same, Looking at the content I've missed annoys me that I never got to enjoy it, never saw the end of WoTG, but the game just seemed to crash after the lv cap started to rise. I did loads of runs trying to lv up, but they all failed, then I had to wait a day to try again. after so many failed groups (somehow none of my friends ever failed) I just gave up trying to get my 75's to to 80+ or what ever the cap was at the time.

people are getting hyped to easily and, because they most likely don't have an active account in ff11 forums they say what they want here..

2.0 seems far bigger to me in my opinion, and I believe ff14 will get geomancer someday, and it might even be better.

Oh hey everyone, I think I should remind you that SE is on the wall whether or not to bring FFXI to the PS Vita.

If this happens, then if nothing else, you'd have a chance to play FFXI while away from your PC (vacation, school, work, prison, etc.)

Just a thought and small reminder.

ya i heard they were gonna do that to. if so not gonna lie i might go back lol, and i will never get any work done at my job my bthroom breaks will go from 5 mins to 20 lol.
