It brings to mind the battle high system which we all know only considers kills, assists and deaths. Time at the crystal, damage taken, done or healed should not weigh in but should be there to view and help evaluate each job's capability and performance. Would a score system based on battle high system not be sufficient to produce some maths for each individual in the winning team? Assists will need more rewarding to balance each jobs ability to kill, and the cost of death needs careful consideration. The ranking could look just as deep dungeons ranking is presented. We don't need any tiers. Loosing team could retain a percentage of their individual score so no match would be entirely pointless... I dunno, I'm probably fantasising here but on the surface it could be this simple. Show us the top few hundred ranking weekly and all should be well. We don't need to see each other's scores till they appear there. At the end of the season rewards will go to those who put in most effort into their team play and into the content. Make it a consistent grind through any season so people don't finish climbing while they are still bloodthirsty and end up climbing on their 5 alts too. Make rewards worth it. I mean everyone should get a portrait frame with their score and season number for a keepsake XD
