Confused about relic quest

I'm a bit confused by the patch notes on the relic quest. It says that new items have been added to DH, caravan, and behest, but no new items for them are listed (the only new items are 2 headpieces, GC stuff, and the unfinished and finished relics themselves).

This led me to believe that they added alternate means of completing some of the steps to get one's relic weapons. Could someone tell me what exactly was added to those?

So ya those are the three items lol

To clean it up a bit the first item is from Darkhold, the second is from behest in Nine Ives, Iron Lake or Broken water and the last item is from caravans.

Basically, all the items are only used for the Relic Quest, and when you get to that part of the Quest they'll tell you what you need and where it is, so no worries.
