Indoor furnishing layout does not appear

Hi guys, when I enter in my house and activate the indoor furnishing mode the relative layout (that with rotate, store etc buttons) does not appear for me. Remains the same layout as the gameplay/battles.

Please note that I play several times with a controller but I wish to use keyboard and mouse to personalize my house.

I tried disabling the controller in the main config menu, but nothing change. Even remains the XBOX keys guide under the inventory window!

Any idea how to make the furnishing layout visible?

When you say you’re “disabling” your controller, what exactly do you mean? You shouldn’t have to do that.

In the Character Configuration menu, in the upper left corner, you can toggle back and forth between controller and kb&m mode.

You can do most housing tasks in either. Kb&m just makes it easier if you’re trying to float stuff, so you can do the rotate that locks the items into place.

I disabled the controller from System configuration> controller> , now I try to do from character config, as you wrote.

Do you think that selecting kb&m the HUD will show the furnishing layout at the bottom?

Ye, in fact, I need it to float objects, because now I use the mouse to select and move items and when I click with the mouse on a floated obj to rotate and fix it, the item moves to another position due to my position/point of view and I can't turn it only.

Or I can select, move and turn items using only rhe controller, without mouse?

I play with controller on a laptop, so I generally just place the item with controller, then once it’s where I want it, go into kb&m mode to select it and rotate it. Then I go back to controller.

There may be a way of doing the select & rotate with controller too, but I don’t know how. Always found it easiest to go into mouse mode.
