Light/Chaos has had more wintrading in 4 seasons of CC than 20 seasons of Feast. And in Feast the few wintraders at least in EU got banned meanwhile the ones that did it multiple times in CC are still playing without any penalties![]()
That is true, if you read my posts you will notice that i did write exactly the same, lol. The difference between Feast and CC is that it doesn't just revolve around the ranks and that is it, there are rewards now outside of the ranked matches which ofc motivates players to do CC.
In feast people did wintrade their way to the top and then abandoned it and with that feast was dead for the rest of the season. You literally couldn't find any matches.
They really should hire a regional GM that focuses on PvP abuse issues. Even though it seems to be less now, there's still occasional AFK people and griefers running around.
This is a fact. I won't queue up just to be farmed by teams of 3 who use addons to cheat and voice chat to coordinate. And I won't make a premade for myself because it's inconvenient. Any change that eases your frustration but adds to mine - no thanks.PREMADES will make solo queuers NOT QUEUE because CC will NOT BE FUN FOR THEM. They won't go out and make their own "premades" just to have fun in CC. They just WILL NOT reque, and do something better with their time. Group queues, CANNOT BE SEPERATE from solo queue, because there won't be enough people queueing into it.
However, if it was a separate queue for premades that does not affect me or my queue time, fine. Splitting one queue into two queues is inevitably going to affect somebody's queue time, though. Especially during the quiet hours.

That would be SE problem to solve tho, the popularity i mean. They have totally the means to make pvp as popular as they would like it to be, through extra achievements, titles and other rewards they can pump into it.This is a fact. But yeah i have the same opinion, groups in solo matches would be awful.
It's just not viable, not with how small the PVP community is in this game, that's what Ranaku doesnt get, people wont just magically pop out of nowhere because you can party as a group, the ones that want to play as a group already do so by queuing at the same time and it works in 80% of the time. This is a fact. Having a different queue just means people will sit endlessly in queue with no pop at all, or some will and it will split the already very niche community into two, resulting in much longer queue times for casual solo play.
What you are saying basically is you don't want others to have fun cause it wouldn't be convenient to you. It's just not viable, not with how small the PVP community is in this game, that's what Ranaku doesnt get, people wont just magically pop out of nowhere because you can party as a group, the ones that want to play as a group already do so by queuing at the same time and it works in 80% of the time.

I really do hope you are just a troll, can't imagine someone being so selfish.
If this really is what you get out of my post I think you are the troll, what you wish for is the death of casual play in PVP for the sake of your party play, you are the selfish one, not me.
You dont care about the consequences on solo PVP play, all you want is your party play.
You are against something that would make a lot of people happy cause it would inconvenience you, longer queues. That's literally what you are talking about all the time, lol. These changes wouldn't affect you in any other way other than you maybe having to wait a bit longer cause other people have fun with other forms of matches. If this really is what you get out of my post I think you are the troll, what you wish for is the death of casual play in PVP for the sake of your party play, you are the selfish one, not me.

So yes, you are entitled and want things to stay the way they are cause it would be not convenient to you. Which is a hilariously bad take. I mean listen to yourself, that is beyond selfish. Think about others sometimes maybe.
Feast was dead because SE barely supported the mode. Wintrading is way worse now roflFeast was dead for vastly different reasons, mostly the horrendous wintrading scene. Or that it wasn't sustainable at all, not to mention that there weren't really many rewards people could get from feast. All of which has changed already and made PvP in XIV more popular than ever before.
And duos/trios can obliterate enemy teams easily if they aren't coordinated. If i had a ninja sidekick all the time i would win every match cause that's just how it would go, lol. No thanks, leave the solo queue alone. For both ranked and unranked.
Feast took skill. CC is literally ungabunga mode
