Can we please fix the scaling in map dungeons?

3-8? I do the first maps of this expansion with 2 people. Even got in solo in the second tier.

Heck I've seen people do the "8 man" maps solo even though it takes forever. I'm still asking myself why there isn't just one map type and the rewards scale based on the number of people participating.
