    One finally thought: are players that impatient or cant they go do other things until that escort is free?

    When I say instanced I mean phased, similar to how leves are done, that is still an instance but it happens in the world, where your own mobs are spawned, SE can program it so that only monsters and chocobos on your version appear to the player/party but then people will complain that other players are attacking invisible monsters.

    Saying that having it full instanced wouldn't be such a bad thing either, MMO's have been relying on instances for years now because its the best way to do "certain" content, get your head out of your ass and think about other players for once and not yourself. :P

    I don't see how making content which is massively exclusionary and incites players to grief each other can possibly be seen as a good thing.

    Nice way to help the dev team and give feedback on idea's they may not have come up with, so you mean to say all you do is come here to disagree and argue with people and don't give feedback, you are the reason these forums are in the state they are in. lol

    I do not think making it instanced content like Dungeons is a good idea. This is another way of saying one will only play with people they know, and avoid dealing with 'strangers'. I think it is nice that there is SOME content that can be done with complete strangers and still have a high chance of success.
    I only want to do Caravan with people I know anyway, more to the point in 2.0 we are getting content finder which will encourage and throw together groups of people who don't know each other.

    On top of that if you read my previous post I mentioned if they make it instance it should have a queueing system active allowing players to auto group before the content starts, this alone means people who don't know each other will be forced to play with each other.

    I'm also not sure making it 'mandatory party first' is a good idea, as people will then have to build a party (and most likely 8/8) first and then go to the caravan point. This makes it more challenging for someone who just wants to do a couple of runs in their free time. This content is meant to be open world drop-in-drop-out easy-peasy content. Nothing as serious as Primals or Dungeons.
    I agree with this it shouldn't require a full party to proceed, more like auto group the nearest players in teh queue and wait 2-3 mins before starting, similar to how behest takes a while to start to allow players to group up, but the system would automatically do this.
