<Players Abusing the chocobo Escort missions>

Since the last couple of patches there has been an increase in players joining in the battle for the escort runs. With the current System of Chocobo Escort Characters can abuse the system. since it is a "free for all" there has been a great number of players camping the chocobo escorts joining the runs and then afking or not participating in the runs. i have multiple runs where 2-3 members would not participate and even go as far as mocking/verbally abusing the rest of the players who were participating. I have reported the issue to GM's which i learned that they do not handle such issues. a good solution is you have to be in a party to join since it takes 3+ people for a half successful run anyways and this is just my Opinion. So now i'm looking to the rest of the FFXIV community to state your opinion on the matter and like this post to let SE know how serious this situation is.

Ps. not sure if there had been forums on this issue before but i would like to get a response from SE on the matter.

Change it in terms of Crowd Control ( Instances, etc) Sure.. in terms of what you get 4k/seals an hr No thanks.. Seals are good the way they are now.

I reported a guy for not participating and all I got was, "you won't get a direct response". The guy was still there.

Next time someone wants to do that in a caravan I'm in... well let's just say the caravan won't get too far. You don't use me and other people to get what you want.

I think they should have the Minimum of four people in party to even enter the Chocobo Caravans, this would weed out the people that would join and run to the end, or set follow, and not do anything. Maybe make it into a instance with a minimum of 6+ people, this would make it so all people could join and hang out with there friends!

Yeah if someone did that with the caravan I was in I'd just halt the chocobos and refuse to move them until the offender either left or did something useful <_<

Good and Negative social interactions are part of life, why ask to take that away? Why do people want to control the social aspects of games so rigorously? Your asking for censorship and I don't want that there's jerks everywhere the solution is not just to modify structure so you don't have to play with others... Clearly the only thing se needs to do is make more requirements to be rewarded instead of just intancing it or only allowing a party. I like social content that puts you with strangers
