problem retreving fighters gauntlets from Nathalan stronghold

have reached the area where the Warriors 3rd piece of armor should be received and have clicked on the ? mark twice and have been told I had received the fighters gauntless but upon return to camp Dragonhead item was not in inventory.Was using WAR
and have no idea what caused this to happen any ideas you guys
