Looking for an FC that uses voice

Myself and my kids are looking for an FC that does dungeons and raids with voice and has fun together. One that enjoys exploring dungeons and working on efficient group mechanics rather than what seems to be the ffxiv default: talk to no one, gather up every mob and blow through the dungeon in the absolute quickest time possible. Preferably looking for a mid-sized FC, but willing to consider any size.

Disclaimer: we're noobs, but willing to learn and help the FC in any way possible.

My FC is very small right now (just me and my sister plus 3 other members). We have been around since 2016, however, we just cleaned house as 20 members stopped playing FF. We use Discord though and do raids once per week and roulettes as needed. If you are interested in joining a small FC that is trying to build the member base back up, let me know!
