So, firstly, there's never been a clear spot on the forums to post feedback about our interactions with GMs and/or whoever processes bug reports submitted in game. It's as if you don't want the feedback. In fact, it's as if you want to avoid it so badly that you make it at best a challenge and often a torment. What about the situations where ethe situation is sensitive or embarrassing? The only way you're giving the person to provide feedback is to make a public bulletin for a global audience. It's sadistic.
Secondly, let's talk about the impetus of this post. So I recently did a bug report. The expectation here is generally that your people will do what they do and we'll never really be privy to any details. I understand that. I did, however, get a response to my report about stalactites versus stalagmites. I was happy with it. Whoever wrote it understood the issue and confirmed they were able to reproduce it. And the next time I encountered a bug, it inspired me to report it as well.
Unfortunately, this is where I encountered what is evidently the more common result. In this case, I also got a response (including the "Bug Report I.D." of 5734979) that asked me to fill out the template. This would be understandable if the text of my report was unclear. But it was not. Anyone that puts forth the most tiny amount of effort and understands the English language should completely understand precisely what the bug was. But I was given the impression that the report would be thrown out if I didn't go to even more effort to make sure it got another look. So I replied as requested. And then got what was effectively the same exact response again (Ticket 23215935).
So at that point I gave up. If you care about the bug itself, it's just that the newly-added display of the player's home world in the housing message books overlaps with the display of the timestamp for the post. You probably need to move the world name to the left some.
