Drop rates of non-chest items

The drop rates of non-chest items (such as Triple Triad cards and Orchestrion rolls) are much lower than ever. I've already done way in excess of 100+ runs of the new Anabaseios and Voidcast Dais duties, at either Normal and Extreme/Savage modes, and I'm yet to see some of these items to show up on the loot table. I saw one single Anabaseios Orchestrion roll, and twice the TT card from Athena. Not a single mount was seen. Same applies for the Aetherfront duty: my toon can almost play it by itself, and the minion just do not exist.

Is this intentional to keep the completionist-type of folks subscribed, or just me being very unlucky?

RNG is RNG. Drop rates haven't changed.

Looks normal to me, unbuffed mount drops are around 2-5% which is every 20 to 50th run on average and %'s can be a pain because regardless of the values it can also mean back to back drops or none within a hundred kills.
Cant say anything about Songs never paid attention to them, the cards seem unchanged on drop rate as well.
