Access to full AF1 armor at level 45

With a set of ilvl 90 armor immediately available on completion of the Lvl 50 quests for each class, it does not seem sensible to keep the final piece of the original Artifact armor (i.e. Drachen Mail, Choral Shirt, Melee Cyclas, etc.) locked to level 50 and inaccessible until it is already made obsolete for any purpose besides glamour. I understand this is only a difference of 5 levels, but I feel it would still appeal to new player since there is a lot of content to cover in those levels leading up to the conclusion of 2.0.

Yeah, they should've already done that at the time the ilv90 armor box was introduced as a quest reward. Always feels very wird when going through early job quests on a class and having that chest piece missing at 45 just to receive it at 50 where it is made immediately redundant.
