More clips of it happening 6 more times. I'm not sure why but we decided to all Data Center travel to Crystal all on the Goblin server and the bug didn't happen once(except for 1 pull where we died to Caloric Theory 1 and it applied before we wiped) for the 90 minutes we were in that instance.

Can confirm this bug.

This is the 3rd time in a row we get a patch with high-end content being bugged/unbalanced.
The bugs are especially soul crushing when in the middle of a tought mechanics, after a tough doorboss.

I can understand bugs happens, but we have 2 extra weeks between patches because of QA and the expected quality isn't there.

I have also experienced this bug. My group experienced this 4 times in a row, and 6 times total in the instance. I'm extremely disappointed this has not been acknowledged by the devs and fixed in the patch, when the bug is essentially a death sentence if it occurs.
