What level do you have to be to punt the Felicitous Furball? What mats are needed to construct the shoes used to do so? Do different shoes make it fly different distances? Do some shoes have higher arcs than others? Do any of them affect wind resistance?

I was so happy seeing there was a new upgraded cabin with an upstairs all for me... then I noticed the pair of mammets talking in the hallway. Out, all of you, out! This is supposed to be my space!

Technically Incorrect. Tataru had the island and gifted it to us. She just also so happened to leave out the "You're a trial-run for a new system I have money in, so don't screw it up!" part until you already signed the waiver.

I’ve taken a leaf from the pixies’ book… lol I covered up one of my mammets (the curious one) with a carbuncle topiary! If only we could move the workshop and granary ones, I’d cover them up too, but I didn’t want random chocobo topiaries in my yard! lol

There are plenty of other options to choose from. I like the Far Eastern Willow. It does a decent job of hiding most of the Scarecrow on the Deluxe Garden Patches at my house (the parts that stick out are similar in color and blend in). It should be perfect for mammet disguises.

I'm going to have sit on my island when I'm not so busy and really plan out the decorations. So far I've just been putting stuff down randomly to test things.

If anyone wants to get the new Landmark that can be purchased with items made through Expert recipes once you reach rank 16, I would suggest buying the needed items now before everyone starts hitting Rank 16. Prices right now are much lower compared to what the Otter fountain items had been selling for when IS was released. Once more players start hitting Rank 16 (likely this weekend), I suspect prices will jump up unless some crafters already have them stockpiled to sell.

If you're not certain what the new Landmark is or if you'll want it for your island, google

FFXIV Uncharted Course Construction Permit

then look at Images. I'm fairly certain it's going to be much more popular than the fountain was.

If you want to get one but can't do the Expert crafts yourself, you will need to buy from the marketboard or a friend:

2 Uncharted Course Lumber
2 Uncharted Course Hardware
2 Uncharted Course Resin

Then trade those in at the cowrie vendor to get the permit. It won't show on the vendor until you hit Rank 16 and "finish" the Vision.

I'm assuming the permit will act the same as the permit for the Otter fountain - you learn it to add it to the landmark list, then you can build it immediately (no additional materials needed).
