Variant Dungeon Skills show only in Japanese Text

I was in the Variant Dungeon Sil'dihn Subterrane and noticed that the descriptions of the Variant Skills are not currently written in English. I am assuming it's all Japanese characters being displayed. This occurs for me when I am solo or in a party and it occurs for everyone in the party as confirmed through voice chat with my party members. It doesn't matter if I am party leader or not. We were all running the direct windows launcher version of the game, but on very different computer setups such as differing Windows versions 10/11.

If you place the mouse over the skill icons/buttons to click on them to use them, the correct language appears (in this case English) but if you put the mouse over the skill icons in your personal buff bar or the icons next to character names in the party list, the descriptions pop up only in what I assume is Japanese.

This occurred last night before the maintenance and persists after the maintenance.

There is specific text that appears under the duty name and time remaining within Criterion Savage. Upon attacking an enemy within Savage, a secondary timer appears. This secondary timer appears to be Japanese text.
