My ISP is Bell MTS and I also claimed a Twitch item and now can't get into my data center. :/Hello there! I'm a fellow Bell(MTS) Canada user as well. And yes it seems like I could connect to different Data Centers other than NA Data Center where I normal plays. I can't connect since yesterday morning. I'm mainly playing on PS5 and one household was playing on PS4. Both of us have been kicked once due to being AFK and got back again with no problem. The second one is that my charater was only sitting at my house and I got kicked out of nowhere. Now both of us can't connect.
During this incident I was just claiming my first reward from FFXIV x Twitch collaboration. It might only be a coincidence that right after I claim it to my account I got the error 2002. I hope that's not the cause but it was only good 5 mins right after I claim the code made that error 2002 happened.

Also with Bell MTS central Canada. Was working fine Friday night. Logged out went to work. Tried to log in Saturday evening after waking up and before work again and error 2002 connecting to NA data centers. EU and JP i can get on. I tried disconnecting my internet and using my rogers phone as a hotspot just to test and i got in to the NA datacenter no issues. I have called bell and told nothing wrong they can see. They reset and reloaded my Modem/Router and no go. IDK. Hope this can get fixed or unsubscribe will be the only route.
I tried today and managed to connect to Crystal DC on my BellMTS! Did they fix it?
I got logged back in last Monday morning. It seems that they fix it, or the error just got lifted on its own. I'm glad it is okay now. I hope for everyone as well and manage to sort things out.
I did not do any more troubleshooting or fixes after the last post just waited patiently and I'm happy that we're back on the game again.
I wish the same thing for everyone here who got the same error.

bump. I know thread's been offline for about 3 odd months now but experiencing the same issue, wanted to know if anyone's found a fix for it yet.
If not, and it really is just a wait and pray situation then... that sucks. Extremely hard. But what else can you do...
Im assuming VPN and Mobile Internet'd still work? Unless the ISP on phone is the same, which it is in my case.
Heya! I just got dropped by in this thread again out of nowhere. But everything I believe in most of us got fixed out of nowhere. If you are the same provider like us from the old posts, just please wait for few days. If you are from a different provider, I would consider reaching out to them though our provider told us same thing that none of the problem came on their side. If I remember correctly it was just merely a week before I manage to log back in. Other than that, we all just patiently wait.bump. You may want to use VPN or mobile hotspot for the mean time if you really need to log in but if this thread didn't get any updates means that it naturally fixed the issue.

Please be sure to watch out among the issues that I suspected it triggers the temporary IP ban:
-Redeeming codes outside the SE website if any.*I tried redeeming the Twitch mount during that time and 5 mins after I redeem the 1st set of prize, I got this problem. Coincidence? Maybe, but be warry it might be a cause too.*
-Staying AFK in game for more than what they suggest. *I always do move my character after this now since it lifted up the temporary IP ban. Idk if this was the issue but this will help.*

Bit of a late reply but for me at least the issue still persists. Still having to use either a vpn or cloudflare warp (or mobile internet) to be able to connect.
