    There is an option to do this, Create a custom party and enable the Minimum Ilvl option if you would like to experience the fight as it was on release.
    And it only took 1 hour and 20 minutes for someone to come up with this unoriginal decision that completely miss the point.

    OP wants to do the fights as intended and there is an option in the game to do so.
