Island sanctuary better than housing.

Until the Island Sanctuary has an actual house to decorate, retainer bells and a market board, it will never replace housing. Just the fact that there's no retainer bells to check ventures means it sucks even as a place to afk at, and of course the fact that the instance kicks you out after 30 minutes so you can't even afk there if you wanted to.
