"Gen Zers could benefit from developing their communication" Nah man that´s what they are experts at screaming on the top of their lungs how oppressed they are how every one is a bigot when people don´t agree with them or when people tell them not to be bat shit crazy.

"They think they're better than you, smarter than you, more capable than you, and they will tell you to your face" And the problem is they are not smarter than you they are not better than you they even lack allot of experience in the job industry but they magickly think they are expert after 1 day the job.

Gen Z lack of respect and over sensitivity stems from bad parenting and pampering. I said this once and I say it again all this participation tropes and shit is bad becuse you teach kids that what ever they do how shitty they behave they will get rewarded. Taught luck kids life is not easy, life is not fear if you lost you lost all that means work harder and maybe you will win next time. But no they should be rewarded just by being there and all that it teaches them is show up and people will love you respect you and shower you with gifts.

I blame my generation and Gen Y for today society turning out shit becuse we have not taught them what they need instead we have pampered them and spoiled them to the point they think everything should be handed to the on a silver plate.
