Is the content getting cleared? Because if so your input isn't needed. Also as the "strong" person you claim to be seeing bad or underperforming players shouldnt bother you right? Calling these people landfills tells me how you probably go about adressing these people in game, and with that I'm not shocked people don't receive you well.
I've had to tell quite a few higher level whms that "Holy helps with big pull as it stuns mobs" as they weren't using it. None since my time in SB took that and got mad at me. Sure I've had a small number of them ignore but generally it's a "oh thank you", and things get better from there.

I'm a firm believer that more often than not its the approach thats the issue not solely the point out/people

Again with the whole "snowflake" bs. Someone not wanting your input isn't a snowflake nor is someone telling you to leave em be. In my experience many don't ask for help because they've encountered asshats akin to you in the past so they dont feel comfy making that first step. Also I get comms as a dps to without even saying a word so for you to assume you get them due to callouts is funny. I guess you're saying it to further "prove" your point?

Yep. Check out the old lost ark forums, or WoW forums, or any forums. They're crazy as hell. We're no different. Niche games or extreme moderation can avoid it, but it's rare.

It's in every community just in different forms, even outside of MMOs. e.g., you could go play Call of Duty and within 3 lobbies you'd already apparently have seven parents. Equally, I could go around on Battlefield, use a shotgun and within 40 minutes have a good half-sized enemy team crying that life isn't fair. Similarly, could do the exact same and have people raging in games like MK. Let's not forget about a certain meme of "Buying GF" either.

Moderation only solves so much e.g., people learning to skirt the ToS more, or just being more passive about matters rather than 'openly aggressive' - It really doesn't matter the only difference is people are masking it. Fragility would still be there, just in a different form.

This will come across as a bit of a weird one in wording but... This game just sounds worse than some others because some people may always speak of it being the best community ever etc., to the point where if something goes bad, it circulates and then the topic gets beaten, resurrected, and beaten once again. Whereas in some other communities, the expectancy of what can occur in the general community is a lot more exposed.

Niche communities and games don't really avoid it either, the only luxury they have is that when something happens, it is probably only limited to a handful of people being in the know etc.,

This games version of help players is basically "Fisher price, my first keyboard/controller" because if you don't explain how to do something to someone in the most dumbed down milquetoast way, you are in the wrong. Nevermind if you explain it and they refuse to listen or just flat don't care about it. You are forced to deal with it and suck it up or kick them out and find someone else. wasting 3-7 other peoples time because some paste eaters cant put the triangle in the triangle hole. You have to force it into the square and keep your head down.

Out of my 10+ years playing this game, its growing in community yes, but not a healthy one. You have to show fake positivity or just stay silent unless you have good friends and join discord and play there. Ever wonder why pf is always dead silent and no talking besides basic banter or basic yes/no? Cause if you are "Soft" this game is a haven for you, but if you want to get stuff done and not have your time wasted, you are a dying breed. I love when people point out issues and say when something is wrong. The problem with the modern audience is people just cant handle being told they are bad and need to fix it or leave.

Coddling people doesn't breed anything but thin skinned babies, in higher end content you should come in wanting to get stuff done, not waste others time because you don't take the time to learn your class or optimize your rotation. Regardless of what SE says, there is a right and wrong way to play this game, if it wasn't bosses wouldn't have enrage timers. You need to meet dps check to clear, others can only do so much and if you have people in the group snorting crayons in the back, you are not clearing unless you are WAAAAY over geared, which is unlikely in current content on a savage patch.

Doesn't matter if its a video game or not. Time is the only currency you cant get back, and id rather spend it working towards something I choose as a fun passtime, "raiding" than spending 6hours learning a basic color matching mechanic, because "little Timmy" cant count to 8 while pressing 1-2-3.

Stormy....dude you REALLY need to stop doing crap like this. Every day I swear I see you take what someone has said and twist it. Not ONCE did they say it's ok to hold others back. Not once did they say to just enjoy the wipes. Anyone paying attention can see they're simply telling the guy to chill tf out because he's ranting about a game. Im obviously talking about in casual content... of course you cant type and play in high end stuff, thats what discord is for. What im pointing out is that nobody really banters in 4man or casual things aside form typical dad humor or "soft" jokes to avoid offending anyone. I love talking s**t with people and enjoy when its dont to me in kind. The problem is you cant that in this game because everyone's skin is as thick as single ply tissue paper. Besides, once in "high end" content you are expected to bring your at most B+ game, so why is it when you have someone who's dead weight I cant call them out for it? If they d like it just leave and find 7 other people who don't mind wasting their time bashing their faces against a wall that cant be cleared until they are 80ilv. over the required amount. When I mess up and people call me out for it I don't get mad at them, only myself, and it makes me wanna do the mechanic all the harder to show I can. A chain is only as strong as the weakest link, and ff14 has alot of "weak" links that refuse to be reforged and made useful.
