There are a lot of great points brought up here, like the theories on why our promotion was so expensive, and how we get the same number of seals back (in coin form) upon completion.

The thing that still gets me though.... why would the EA wish to have you trade your coin on the black market to get the seals back? If SE's only intention was to "check" you have lots of seals then give them back, then why not make it official and have the coin exchangeable to one of the GC "Hall" NPCs for your 25k seals? Promoting illegal trade of your coin on the black market just seems really strange to me. Just one of those things that leads me to believe that something will happen with this in 2.0. Maybe the coin will increase in value once the world is desecrated, maybe there will be some sort of novelty item we can have our coin crafted into, or displayed as a furnishing in some way, perhaps merely having the coin in your possession will offer some type of buff like a 10% bonus to GC seal gains, who knows. Or maybe in 2.0 the black market will be abolished and all the players who chose to KEEP their coin will forever be missing out on a free 25k seals.

Spare us the agony Devs, at least drop a hint lol
