Hey I used to have a lot of these issues before and spent a long time figuring them out. For me I think it was a mix of graphics driver and absolutely my RAM being unstable causing BSODs and general DirectX crashes.

Specs:

5900x CPU
7900XTX Reference (stock)
48GB Corsair Vengeance Pro (3600MHz)
4TB NVME PCI-E Gen 4
1200 Watt PSU
B550M based Motherboard (Micro-ATX)

To fix my issue I noticed I had a lot of RAM errors during tests, with two different kinds of B550 based motherboards, and I had to increase the DRAM voltage from the stock 1.35 to 1.375 in the BIOS settings. I also found that I was getting a LOT of crashes on any AMD driver beyond 23.3.1. I also did a DDU to clean my system out in safe mode, then reinstalled my drivers after rebooting (23.3.1) and I barely get any crashes after these two changes. I dare say having Adrenaline software open maybe worsened it but I may be imagining that.

Other things to consider are your PSU being multi-rail or single. The new generation of GPUs seem to be a bit anal according to testing in regards to multi-rail VS single rail because of transient power spikes that occur when it goes from low usage to suddenly high usage. Last but not least was windowed mode and rapidly tabbing from game to say, the browser would also cause a crash which just seems to be a general FFXIV + AMD card thing.

Hope this helps.
